What kind of public speaking training do some politician undertake?
Hey,
I have heard that speakers such as Tony Blair and Margaret Thatcher did speech training to make them better public speakers.
What was the kind of training called?
Alternatively, do you know of any resources that teach one how to have more gravitas when speaking?
Thanks!

Well, Seeing as I am an Executive youth Councillor for Lancashire I do a lot of Vocal exercises and I lower my voice down when I talk to give myself authority, I also speak slow so people absorb what I am saying, it also does help if you go to a few Drama classes.
I'd be Happy to help you further if you would like.

Ps. Did you know Thatcher used the humming technique to lower her voice and octave?
